"What Size Urn Do I Need?"

Industry standard for choosing an urn size is to allow one cubic inch of space for each one pound of weight the deceased last weighed.

For Example:

A child or pet who weighed 40 lbs before cremation would require an urn which held 40 cubic inches or more.
An adult who weighed 240 lbs before cremation would require an urn which held 240 cubic inches or more.

Standing 9” tall, holding approx. 170 cu. inches, this gorgeous urn is produced in solid brass and is an exceptionally heavy duty and durable urn. The blue-green finish is truly stunning and unusual and seems to have a calming effect as they are both ‘restful’ colors. On the front of the urn there is a design which has been lovingly hand engraved. The design shows some beautiful flowers with several plain bands encircling the urn.

The lid is threaded and simply screws on and off, this has also been engraved by hand with a similar design at the front of the cremation urn. On the base of this blue green cremation urn is a layer of soft felt which is designed to protect the furniture it stands upon.

The inside of the case’s lid is lined with white, silky satin adding a touch of elegance and class. There is a molded space in the case for the cremation urn to sit in which will keep it safe while in transportation; it will stop the urn from traveling around too much in the case as it is moved. The case also has two clasps for extra security.

There is a lovely smooth finish to the cremation urn and this coupled with the engraving work compliments each other perfectly, making the urn a splendid choice for a loving tribute.
