Creating a Custom Ceramic Art Urn
While our general art urns may be ordered directly from our website, our custom art urns do require a little more information than we are able to gather in a generic on-line order form. If you would like to order a custom art urn, we recommend that you contact a customer service representative at 816-659-6424. Our representative will assess your ideas, obtain any needed photos from you, and pass them along to our artist. Upon receiving your ideas, a proof will be created and provided to you to ensure that both you and the artist are thinking along the same lines. Once we receive your approval we will begin crafting your memorial. From start to finish the process takes approximately 2 weeks.

Caring for Ceramic?
Aside from the creativity afforded by the use of ceramic, the material is both low maintenance and popular for modern home décor. And, while your ceramic urn will require little maintenance, it will require a periodic dusting. To clean your ceramic urn, a soft micro-fiber cloth that will trap and remove dust particles without the use of household cleaners is recommended.
Burying a Ceramic Urn
Although ceramic urns are ideal for indoor display, we recommend the use of one of our urn vaults if the piece will be interred by way of land.
What Size Should I Order?
If you are uncertain as to the size of urn that you should select, please note that the industry standard is to allow one cubic inch of space for each pound that your loved one weighed prior to his or her passing.
