Industry standard for choosing an urn size is to allow one cubic inch of space for each one pound of weight the deceased last weighed.

For Example:

A child or pet who weighed 40 lbs before cremation would require an urn which held 40 cubic inches or more.
An adult who weighed 240 lbs before cremation would require an urn which held 240 cubic inches or more.

The Striking Etched Brass Cat Cremation Urn measures 6¾” in height and has an approximate volume of 60 cubic inches. It has been produced from solid brass and has an exceedingly secure screw on threaded lid.
