What size urn do I need?

Industry standard for choosing an urn size is to allow one cubic inch of space for each one pound of weight the deceased last weighed. However, conditions vary and the best way to choose an urn is to go by the size of the temporary urn.

Why did my order come in 2 separate shipments?

We ship from multiple locations and sometimes you will receive one urn from location A and another urn from location B.  The price of shipping will remain the same for you regardless of how many separate shipments it takes to get you your full order.

Tax

You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of Kansas. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to KS addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.
