Measuring 2¾” x 2¾” x 1½” and with a volume of 4 cubic inches the Homeward Bound Heart Cremation Keepsake is presented in a lovely gift box.
The urn is produced from solid brass with a nickel finish and is bottom loading with a screw type opening. There are only two colors used in the design work on the keepsake and they are silver/nickel and blue, the background of this piece makes use of the blue while the actual design is in silver.
There are two birds shown flying which are eagerly making their way home, their wings are out stretched as they both glide gracefully across the sky. The birds are a simple design and almost have the appearance of silhouettes due to their basic lines and general look but it is the simplistic ‘feel’ to this piece which makes it so captivating. The background which the birds are set against is a mosaic of silver patterns with the blue coloring of the keepsake just glimpsing through.
