Produced from an attractive walnut wood the In Loving Memory Poem Cross Urns measure 6 ¾” x 9¾” x 7¾” with a volume of 260 cubic inches.
The walnut wood has been lovingly carved by skilled craftsmen; the urn has been finished with a sealer of clear lacquer and also a catalyzed lacquer. The exceptionally high quality of the lacquer means that the urn is both heat and water resistant, the wood can be exposed to ultra violet sunshine safely as it will not yellow as times passes. The lacquer also protects the urn from receiving scratches and marks.
Adorning the front of the urn is a strikingly beautiful pewter cross with decorative flowers located on each of the four points, running horizontally at the top of the cross are the words ‘In Loving Memory’ and positioned underneath the words is a smaller cross.
Written across the center of the pewter cross is a loving poem which reads,
‘Gone, yet not forgotten,
Although we are apart,
Your spirit lives within me,
Forever in my heart.
Flanking the poem on either end is a lovely design consisting of a flower and a petite heart, the flower resembles an elegant daffodil. The point of the cross located underneath the poem has a stunning rose design with its vine like stem snaking its way up towards the center of the cross.
The pewter cross is highlighted and enhanced perfectly by the color of the walnut wood making this such a wonderfully touching tribute for a loved one.
