Industry standard for choosing an urn size is to allow one cubic inch of space for each one pound of weight the deceased last weighed.

For Example:

A child or pet who weighed 40 lbs before cremation would require an urn which held 40 cubic inches or more.
An adult who weighed 240 lbs before cremation would require an urn which held 240 cubic inches or more.

The corresponding notes and chords are engraved on one side of the attached wind plate, with a personal message or memorial on the other. The urn itself is a sealed aluminum reliquary attached to the hardwood, weather-resistant striker, which requires no maintenance.

All Chimes are tuned to the key of C and are all Pentatonic Scales of Ancient Origin. These chimes are the finest made and feature a unique pinning system for longer tones.

The striker-urn comes unattached for simpler cremain insertion, and then easily attaches to the chimes. Use either indoors, on a porch or patio, or outside.
